Jack Black’s Mindstore

February 25th, 2009 No comments

Had the pleasure of my first meeting with a Penna coach to start my “Career Transition Service” kindly provided to me by my employer to assist me in finding a new job.

I’ve always thought about having some life type coaching so It’s a huge bonus for me. During our discussions we somehow got onto Jack Black and his Mindstore personal development programme.

“Mindstore will show you that being happy, confident and successful in life is not luck but a skill. Like any skill it needs to be learned and then practiced.”

I’d not come across Jack Black before, and never really found a UK based personal development programme. (I find Tony Robins products very US centric, but still worthwhile!) imageInitially I wanted to attend one of his seminars but the timings a little off for me currently. (The next seminar date is the weekend most of my team are layed off!) So, the next best thing I’ve picked up his book which I hope to start following this week. I’m planning on doing a day by day account of what I think of the programme.
